TERMS OF SERVICE !


✦  GENERAL:
• The commission will not start until the payment is done. (I don't accept payment plans)
• Prices and time may change depending on how complex your order is.
• The delivery of the drawing will be approximately of 7 days (this can change depending on my time), and will be send via link of a drive.
• Refunds and cancellations are not allowed after the payment.
• The drawing will only be digital and editable ones will not be sent.
• The watermark with my username will not be deleted. (except if it's for commercial use)

✦  COMMISSION USES:
• The drawing can be for personal use as long as I'm credited.
• For commercial purposes is +100% / +200% of my base price.
• My art cannot be use to train AI or make NFTS.commercial: streaming / content use: +100%
commercial: merchandise / ads / print use: +200%
✦  COMMISSION PROCESS:
• Character references must be given before, poses, expressions and etc. as well
• Can apply changes in: Sketch and base colors (free)
• Changes AFTER accepting the sketch have an extra cost of $5.00 usd for change.sketch > base colors > lineart > last details > (animation un case)

✦  PAYMENT METHODS:
• paypal invoice, mach, banco falabella, banco estado or vgen in case

✦  MADE A REQUEST:
• Requests can be via VGen, form of google or contacting me via any of my social media.
• Not all of my services are in my VGen profile, so If something that you want isn't there; you have to make the form.
